Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g chicken, shredded
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- 300 ml water
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 3 tsp vegetable broth
- Sauce thickener, light
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Brown the chicken strips in a pan. Add the sliced leek and sauté briefly. Deglaze everything with the water. Add the crème fraîche and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season the sauce with vegetable stock, salt, and pepper, and thicken slightly with a sauce thickener if necessary. Finally, briefly stir in the parsley. I recommend serving this with gnocchi, spaetzle, or potato dumplings.
