Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potatoes
- 400 g onion(s)
- 2 bell peppers
- 4 chicken legs
- 3 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Peel and quarter the potatoes and onions. Wash and dice the bell peppers. Brush the chicken thighs with a mixture of oil, salt, pepper, and paprika, then toss the remaining mixture with the vegetables. Transfer the vegetables to a baking dish, place the chicken thighs on top, and roast for about 40 minutes. Add a little water occasionally if necessary. Serve with baguette.
