Ingredients
- 300 - 400 g Chicken fillet (the inner fillets are very nice)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Gyros seasoning (homemade or bought)
- 1 bigger Halved onion and cut into strips
- 1 Red Or yellow peppers cut into strips
- 2 kl. Zucchini cut into strips
- 1 handful Snow peas, larger halves or thirds
- 1 fresh Chilli pepper (if they are very hot, half a piece or a piece)
- Salt, pepper, paprika
Instructions
Preparation:
- Cut the chicken fillet into strips that are not too small. Mix with the oil and the gyros spice and marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours. Prepare the vegetables as described above.

- Heat a larger pan or wok and fry the meat in it for 5-6 minutes until crispy brown. Take out of the pan and set aside.
- Now gradually add the vegetables to the roasting set, first the onion and chilli pepper, then paprika strips and courgette. Finally, the sugar snap peas. Fry everything in a few minutes. It should still be firm to the bite. Season savory with salt, pepper and paprika. Add the meat again and just warm it up.
- We had basmati rice and a yoghurt dip, seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika and a finely chopped garlic.
- It tasted very good.
