Chicken Gyros Pan with Vegetables

The perfect chicken gyros pan with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 – 400 g Chicken fillet (the inner fillets are very nice)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Gyros seasoning (homemade or bought)
  • 1 bigger Halved onion and cut into strips
  • 1 Red Or yellow peppers cut into strips
  • 2 kl. Zucchini cut into strips
  • 1 handful Snow peas, larger halves or thirds
  • 1 fresh Chilli pepper (if they are very hot, half a piece or a piece)
  • Salt, pepper, paprika

Preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into strips that are not too small. Mix with the oil and the gyros spice and marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours. Prepare the vegetables as described above.

  2. Now gradually add the vegetables to the roasting set, first the onion and chilli pepper, then paprika strips and courgette. Finally, the sugar snap peas. Fry everything in a few minutes. It should still be firm to the bite. Season savory with salt, pepper and paprika. Add the meat again and just warm it up.
  3. We had basmati rice and a yoghurt dip, seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika and a finely chopped garlic.
  4. It tasted very good.
