Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup of water (use the cream cup)
- 200 g cranberries
- 1 bag of soup (onion soup)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the chicken breast into cubes, season with salt and pepper, and place it in a roasting pan or casserole dish. Mix the crème fraîche, cranberries, cream, water, and onion soup mix, then pour the mixture over the chicken. Place the roasting pan uncovered in a cold oven at 160°C for about 60 minutes. Serve with rice or pasta.
