Chicken in honey-mustard-dill marinade

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 9 tsp mustard
  • 7 tsp honey
  • 3 tbsp dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Briefly rinse the chicken breast fillet under running water and then pat dry with a paper towel. Mix the mustard and honey thoroughly and stir in the dill, if desired. Brush the chicken breast with the finished marinade and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Cook the marinated chicken breast in the oven (preheated to 190°C) for about 25 minutes. Then, sear the chicken breast in a pan until crispy, if desired.
