Quick strawberry ice cream without an ice cream maker

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 450 g strawberries or other berries, frozen
  • 250 ml Cremefine for whipping or cream
  • 5 ml liquid sweetener or 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Blend the frozen berries in a blender. Then whip the cream until stiff. Mix the blended berries with the cream. Sweeten to taste with sweetener or sugar. If you prefer the ice cream a little firmer, simply place it in the freezer for half an hour.
