Chicken Inside Fillet with Vegetables
The perfect chicken inside fillet with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Chicken fillet
- 1 whole Carrot
- 1 Red Paprika
- 1 maturity Fresh tomato
- Salt, pepper a.d.M.
- Seasonal herbs
- 1 good Tablespoon olive oil
- 3 black Olives with stone
- 1 half pck. Chicken fillet
- 1 Teaspoon. Oil neutral for frying
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 1 good tablespoon Yogurt
- Salt, pepper, some chives
Chicken fillet
- Turn the fillet, season with cornstarch, knock it off and fry until golden brown in the hot oil. and put aside to keep warm.
vegetables
- I peel the peppers and grate them on a coarse grater, as does the carrot. As well as the broccoli florets. I fry them briefly all around in a wok, season them and then arrange the vegetables in the middle of a plate.
- I cut the fillet diagonally and place it on both sides with the vegetables. I garnish it with a sliced tomato. I put the dressed yoghurt next to it. Finished
