Chicken Legs from Oven

The perfect chicken legs from oven recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pc. Big tomatoes
  • 2 Pc. Red onions
  • 2 Pc. Different colored peppers
  • 8 Pc. Small chicken drumsticks
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 15 g Fresh thyme
  • Salt pepper
  1. Cut tomatoes, onions and peppers into bite-sized wedges. Spread with the chicken legs in a baking dish.
  2. Mix the vinegar, oil, thyme, salt, pepper, paprika powder and finely chopped garlic. Spread over the baking dish so that everything is coated with the mixture.
  3. Cook in the preheated oven at 190 degrees on the middle rack for about 45 – 50 minutes. Turn the legs occasionally and brush with the resulting gravy.
  4. This fits e.g. rice, salad, bread etc.
