Chicken Legs from Oven
The perfect chicken legs from oven recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Pc. Big tomatoes
- 2 Pc. Red onions
- 2 Pc. Different colored peppers
- 8 Pc. Small chicken drumsticks
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika powder
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 15 g Fresh thyme
- Salt pepper
- Cut tomatoes, onions and peppers into bite-sized wedges. Spread with the chicken legs in a baking dish.
- Mix the vinegar, oil, thyme, salt, pepper, paprika powder and finely chopped garlic. Spread over the baking dish so that everything is coated with the mixture.
- Cook in the preheated oven at 190 degrees on the middle rack for about 45 – 50 minutes. Turn the legs occasionally and brush with the resulting gravy.
- This fits e.g. rice, salad, bread etc.
