Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- some butter
- Salt
- 1 mango(s), ripe
- some lettuce
- 1 flatbread(s)
- 6 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt
- 4 spring onions
- 4 tbsp sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix the cream cheese with the curry and lemon juice until smooth. Season with cayenne pepper and salt. Wash and trim the spring onions, then slice them into thin rings. Mix the sour cream with the spring onions and season with salt. Halve the chicken breast fillets crosswise. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the meat for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and keep warm. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into thin slices, removing the stone. Wash and dry the lettuce. Halve the flatbread crosswise and toast briefly. Spread the flatbread with the curry cream, top with lettuce, and spread the onion cream on top. Arrange the meat and mango slices on top, folding the top and bottom of the bread together. Cut into 4 portions and serve warm.
