Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 2 cups of cream
- 5 tbsp herbs de Provence
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the chicken breast into medium-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika and brown. Add the cream and Provençal herbs and simmer for a few minutes until the meat is cooked. Serve with potatoes or spaetzle.
