fresh salad with sweet mustard dressing and crispy sesame seeds
Lightly pre-blanch the white sausages, let them cool, peel them, and slice them. Combine the vinegar, oil, sweet mustard, and herbs to make a dressing and season with chili salt or salt and pepper. Thinly slice the cucumber and radishes, finely dice the bell peppers, and stir everything into the dressing. Finally, fold in the white sausage slices and sprinkle everything with toasted sesame seeds. Alternatively, sunflower seeds or chopped walnuts also taste great. Serve with whole-grain bread with butter and chives or a pretzel.
