Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oil for frying
  • 250 g meat of your choice (turkey, pork, chicken, etc.)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 gherkins
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 50 ml condensed milk
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 1 tsp broth, instant
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the meat into small pieces. Peel and chop the onion. Cook both in a pan with oil over medium heat. Meanwhile, quarter the cucumber lengthwise and then cut into small pieces. Cut the gherkins into small pieces as well. When the meat is cooked, add the cucumber, gherkins, condensed milk, white wine, and broth. Cover and bring to a boil briefly. Season with salt and pepper and serve garnished with parsley. Serve with rice.
