Chicken Rolls
The perfect chicken rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for the meat
- 3 Chicken breast fillet
- 100 g Herbal cream cheese
- 3 Red Pickled hot peppers
- Salt pepper
- 6 Discs Bacon
- 3 tbsp Oil
for the broccoli
- 400 g Fresh broccoli
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Water
- Wash the chicken breast fillets, pat dry and cut in half horizontally.
- Knock the slices flat, season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the cream cheese on the meat and top each with 1 pepper.
- Roll up the meat and wrap it with bacon.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the roulades all around for about 7 – 8 minutes until golden brown.
- 6 .— for the broccoli —
- Divide the broccoli into florets, peel and chop the stems.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the broccoli for 2-3 minutes while stirring.
- Then add salt, sugar and a little water and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Arrange the broccoli with the chicken roulades and boiled potatoes on a plate.
- A Portuguese white wine “Monte Velho” tastes good with it
