Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 slices of pineapple
  • 1 jar mayonnaise (salad mayonnaise)
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Black pepper (from the mill)
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tbsp oil (salad oil)
  • e.g. milk (canned milk or whipped cream)
  • n. B. Chives, cut into rolls
  • possibly grapes, quartered

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut the chicken breasts into strips and fry in oil, season lightly with salt and pepper, and let cool on a plate. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the pineapple slices into chunks or cubes. Now take a bowl and add the salad mayonnaise, onion, garlic, and curry powder, season lightly with salt and pepper, and mix everything well with the canned milk or sweet cream until you have a firm, creamy mixture. Let the mixture chill for 15 minutes. Now add the fried chicken strips. If you like chives, you can also mix them in, cut into curls. Instead of pineapple, you can also add quartered grapes. Personally, I prefer pineapple. Serve with fresh bread or a baguette.
