Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 bell peppers
- ½ garlic clove(s)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 150 g sheep’s cheese
- 6 chicken breast fillets
- some flour, for dusting
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- rosemary
- oregano
- Thyme

Peel and finely chop the onions and bell peppers. Sauté them in a pan in hot olive oil. Press the garlic and stir it into the vegetables along with the tomato paste. Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, rosemary, oregano, and thyme. Dice the feta cheese and stir it into the vegetables. Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper and dust with a little flour. Brown them in a pan, remove them from the pan, and place them in a baking dish. Spread the vegetables over the meat and bake in the oven at 200°C (preheated) for about 35 minutes.
