Chicken Skewers

The perfect chicken skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 packet Bacon slices
  • Grill seasoning for poultry
  • Shish kebab skewers
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes, sprinkle the spice mixture over the meat and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Wash the bell peppers, quarter them and remove the core, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Divide the bacon slices into thirds and roll up the pieces a little.
  4. Put the meat cubes, paprika pieces and bacon rolls alternately on the kebab skewers and then you can put them on the grill or in the pan.
  5. I served my corn and kidney bean salad with it. Corn, kidney bean and cucumber salad
