Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut open the burger buns and set aside. Peel the onions, garlic, and bell peppers, chop into large pieces, and set aside. Wash the chicken breast, pat dry, remove the tendons, and chop the meat into large pieces, then mince it. Mince the onions, bell peppers, and garlic at the same time. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and hot and sweet paprika powder, and mix by hand. Heat the oil in a pan, briefly fry the inside of the burger buns, set aside, and top with cheese. Fry the minced meat for about 4-5 minutes. Stir in the tomato paste, toast, and deglaze with water. Season to taste with the ketchup and seasonings. Spread the sloppy mixture on the underside of the burger bun, fold it shut, and serve. We recommend preparing plenty of napkins!
