Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g cottage cheese
- 120 g cheese, grated
- 3 eggs
- 25 g almonds, ground
- some onion(s)
- some bell pepper(s)
- some ham
- some salami or other topping of your choice
- salt and pepper
- possibly basil
- possibly pizza seasoning
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
for a baking tray, pizza without carbohydrates
Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Prepare a baking sheet. Mix the cottage cheese, grated cheese, eggs, and ground almonds together in a bowl. Spread on the baking sheet and season. Top with your desired topping and bake in the oven for approximately 20-30 minutes.
