Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 soup chicken
  • 1 ½ liters of broth (vegetable broth or chicken broth)
  • 1 celery
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 6 carrots
  • 3 onions
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 250 g noodles (soup noodles)
  • spice(s) of your choice

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 35 minutes

super fast and super easy

Dice the vegetables, sauté them in a large pot, and then add the broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer the chicken at low heat for about 2 hours. After 2 hours, remove the chicken and remove the meat from the bones. Increase the heat again. Add the soup noodles and cook for about 10 minutes. During the last few minutes, return the chicken to the soup to heat through. The soup is already very flavorful. Season to taste.
