Chicken Steak Wrapped in Ginger and Peanuts

- 400 g Chicken breast
- 100 g Chopped peanuts
- 50 g Ground ginger
- White milled pepper
- Flour
- 1 Egg whisked
- Clarified butter
- Slice the chicken breast and flatten it a little. Season with pepper and first turn in flour and then pull through the egg .. Mix the ginger and peanuts well and bread the pieces of meat in them. Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry the meat in it over medium heat. I served it with pepper sauce and croquettes.
