Chicken Fillet Wrapped in Ham
The perfect chicken fillet wrapped in ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Chicken breast fillets
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary spice
- Salt
- Paprika spice
- 6 Discs Raw ham
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- *****Gemüse*****
- 5 Carrots
- 2 small Zucchini
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 125 ml White wine
- 1 teaspoon Grated lemon peel
- 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
- Wash the chicken breast fillets – pat dry and fry in a pan with hot oil.
- Remove the meat, season with salt, pepper and rosemary and wrap each fillet with 2 slices of ham.
- Now peel the onion and the garlic – dice, wash the zucchini, clean the carrots and cut both into thin strips.
- Heat the oil in the pan, sweat the onion until translucent, add the garlic and the vegetables and fry everything.
- Mix the white wine with the tomato paste well, add to the vegetables and season with salt and paprika.
- Place the chicken fillets on top of the vegetables and stew for about 15 minutes with the lid closed and on a low heat.
- Remove the fillets, mix the lemon zest and parsley into the vegetables and season again if necessary.
- Put the vegetables on a plate, put the fillets on top and serve with potatoes or mashed potatoes – bon appetit; 🙂
