Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken strips
- 200 ml cream
- 200 ml water
- 3 tbsp cooking cheese
- 1 tbsp Vegeta
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 2 tsp ginger, freshly grated
- 1 tsp flour
- n. B. Pfeffer
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
simply
Sauté the chicken, ginger, and onion in a nonstick pan. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of flour over the mixture and mix well. Combine the cream, water, Vegeta, and pepper in a bowl, stir, then add to the chicken and onion mixture and bring to a boil briefly. Then add the cheese and stir until the cheese melts. Serve with rice or noodles.
