Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 chicken legs
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 pinches of paprika powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Chicken thighs in the oven

Wash the chicken thighs and pat dry. Rub with salt and spices. Place in a shallow ovenproof dish and add the water. Then roast uncovered in the oven at high temperature (200-225 degrees Celsius) for about 1 hour. For very thick thighs, cook a little longer.
