Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 chicken legs
  • n. B. Oil
  • some salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • some cayenne pepper
  • 2 chili peppers
  • some chicken broth

Clean the chicken thighs. Mix the oil with salt and cayenne pepper. Rub the chicken thighs with the oil and place them in a roasting dish. Peel the garlic and chili, chop them into small cubes, and add them to the meat in the dish. Cook at 200°C (convection oven) for about 15-20 minutes. Turn halfway through. Pour a little stock over the meat occasionally to prevent it from burning.
