Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g chicken breast
- 2 small zucchini
- 5 large tomatoes
- some Parmesan
- 1 pack of arugula
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- turmeric
- Herbs of Provence
- 1 cup herb cream cheese

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Low-carb
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and fry in a large pan, seasoning generously with the spices listed. Chop the zucchini and tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the pan. Fry, but the zucchini should still be firm to the bite. Spread the arugula on the plates. Add half a large cup of water to the pan and stir in the cream cheese until the sauce has a creamy consistency. Then arrange everything on top of the arugula, grate Parmesan cheese over it, and enjoy. If you want carbs, you can serve it with baguette or pasta. Enjoy!
