Chicken wings – pot

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g chicken giblets (wings)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Tomato paste
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the onion. Wash the chicken wings and pat dry. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion. Add the chicken wings. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add enough water to cover the wings three-quarters. Then simmer for about 1 hour. Finally, add the tomato paste and bring back to a boil. Serve with pasta.
