Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 6 wraps
  • 1 small head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 point feta cheese
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 can of corn
  • Spice mix for roasted meat
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Sauce, of your choice

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cut the meat into small strips and fry until golden brown. Season with salt, pepper, and the spice mix to taste. Drain the corn. Chop the lettuce, cucumber, bell pepper, feta cheese, and onions into small pieces and place them in bowls. Moisten the wraps and heat in the oven on the middle rack at approximately 50°C for about 1-2 minutes. Spread the sauce or dressing over the warm wraps and distribute the ingredients in the center of the wrap (not too much, otherwise it will be difficult to roll later). Fold both sides of the wrap over each other and fold over on one side.
