Chickpea Chopping Pan
The perfect chickpea chopping pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Minced meat
- 1 glass Chickpeas
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Can Mango
- 1 glass Mango chutney
- 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Parsely
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili powder
- Cumin
- Curry
- Oil
- Yogurt
- Peel the onions and garlic, dice them finely and fry them with the minced meat in oil until translucent or crumbly.
- Stir in the parsley, pizza tomatoes and the spices and simmer gently for about 1 minute.
- Now dice the mangoes and add to the minced meat with the chickpeas and mango chutney, bring to the boil and simmer gently for another 2-3 minutes.
- Arrange the stew on a plate and serve with a dollop of yogurt and a piece of white bread.
