Chickpea Chopping Pan

The perfect chickpea chopping pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 1 glass Chickpeas
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Can Mango
  • 1 glass Mango chutney
  • 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsely
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Cumin
  • Curry
  • Oil
  • Yogurt
  1. Peel the onions and garlic, dice them finely and fry them with the minced meat in oil until translucent or crumbly.
  2. Stir in the parsley, pizza tomatoes and the spices and simmer gently for about 1 minute.
  3. Now dice the mangoes and add to the minced meat with the chickpeas and mango chutney, bring to the boil and simmer gently for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Arrange the stew on a plate and serve with a dollop of yogurt and a piece of white bread.
