Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 1 glass Chickpeas
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 can Mango
  • 1 glass Mango chutney
  • 1 can Pizza tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Parsely
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Cumin
  • Curry
  • Oil
  • Yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onions and garlic, dice them finely and fry them with the minced meat in oil until translucent or crumbly.
  • Stir in the parsley, pizza tomatoes and the spices and simmer gently for about 1 minute.
  • Now dice the mangoes and add to the minced meat with the chickpeas and mango chutney, bring to the boil and simmer gently for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Arrange the stew on a plate and serve with a dollop of yogurt and a piece of white bread.
