Chickpea Soup with Smoked Pork
The perfect chickpea soup with smoked pork recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Kasseler
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- I still had two tablespoons of chickpea curry from the day before, so I made a soup out of it. Pour the vegetable broth over the chickpea curry, bring to the boil briefly and puree lightly. Add the smoked pork chop and let it cook. Cut the Kassler into slices and then into cubes. Serve with the soup.
