Potato Soup with Smoked Pork
The perfect potato soup with smoked pork recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 2 Carrots
- 1 piece Celery with green
- 1 pole Leek
- 1 Onion
- 500 g Kassel minute steaks
- 1 liter Vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dried marjoram
- Oil
- Peel and dice the potatoes, cut the carrots into slices, cut the leek into rings and dice the celery, cut the green into small pieces and cook everything in a saucepan with the vegetable stock for about 30 minutes, season with salt, pepper and marjoram.
- Peel and dice the onion and cook in the oil with the chopped smoked pork loin
- Roughly chop the potatoes and vegetables with a hand blender, add the smoked pork, boil everything again briefly, let it steep for 10 minutes and serve.
- TIP: With this meal, the Maggi bottle is an absolute must on my table. But that is of course a matter of taste!
