Chicory and Salmon Salad

The perfect chicory and salmon salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

dressing

  • 100 g Smoked salmon
  • 2 teaspoon Lime juice
  • 1 big Boiled egg
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Oil

Aside from that

  • 2 teaspoon Dill
  • Red pepper berries

salad

  1. Clean the chicory, cut off the lower ends, remove the bitter stalk – and cut into small strips – pick up a few beautiful leaves.
  2. Cut the smoked salmon into strips, place in a bowl with the chicory, drizzle with lime saffron and mix everything well.

dressing

  1. Peel the hard-boiled egg, chop it finely and mix it with the other ingredients.

Serving

  1. Place the lettuce leaves on a plate, top with the lettuce and dressing, garnish with a little dill and red pepper berries.
  2. You can also enjoy some flatbread, baguette or the like or as a low-carbohydrate dinner without bread — Bon appetit; 🙂
