Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 small chicory, approx. 80 – 100 g per person
- 2 tbsp wild garlic pesto
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash and slice the chicory. Stir together the dressing and season to taste. Mix everything together and serve after letting it marinate briefly. The salad has a spicy flavor and somewhat masks the bitterness of the chicory.
