Dessert: Sour Cream with Plum Compote
The perfect dessert: sour cream with plum compote recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 tablespoon Spiced plums from my KB http://www./rezept/446140/Vorrat-Gewuerzzwetschgen.html or other plum compote
- 0,5 packet Russian bread from B ……
- 1 a cup Sour cream approx. 20% fat
- 50 g Marzipan paste
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 shot Lemon juice
- 1 shot Almond brittle
- 3 leaves Mint fresh
- Mix the sour cream with the finely chopped marzipan and sugar with the magic wand. Season to taste with lemon juice. Break the Russian bread into pieces.
- In a dessert glass, first a large spoonful of plum compote, then the Russian bread pieces and then the sour cream.
- Top the dessert with plum puree, pour some of the juice over the sour cream and garnish with a little brittle and a mint leaf.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- You can also wait until just before serving to decorate.
