Chicory salad with crab

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 kg chicory
  • 400 g crab
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the mill
  • 1 lemon(s), juice and grated peel
  • 1 jar mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bunch of dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Clean and halve the chicory. Cut the stem out of the middle and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Place in a bowl, drizzle with half the lemon juice, and mix. Mix the mayonnaise with the sour cream and the remaining lemon juice. Chop the dill and stir it into the mayonnaise along with the lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad. Arrange on salad plates, scatter the crab over the top, and serve.
