Om Ali
The perfect om ali recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Puff pastry
- 30 g Hazelnuts
- 20 g Coconut flakes
- 25 g Raisins
- 30 g Sugar
- 50 ml Milk
- 100 ml Whipped cream
- Roll out the puff pastry and bake on a black sheet. Let the puff pastry cool down.
- Break the dough into small pieces. Mix the puff pastry pieces with the hazelnuts, coconut flakes and raisins. Put everything together in a buttered baking pan.
- Bring the milk with the sugar to the boil and pour over the mixture in the baking pan. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the mixture.
- 4th baking: approx. 10 min. At 220 degrees (be careful not to burn it!)
