Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 small chicory
  • ½ onion(s), red
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the chicory, halve it, and remove the stalk. Slice the leaves lengthwise into strips. Then finely slice the small red onion. Then, combine the red wine vinegar, olive oil, honey, mustard, and pepper. Add the onions and dressing to the chicory and mix gently.
