- 100 g butter or margarine, soft
- 1 large banana(s), ripe
- 200 g corn flour

Beat the butter/margarine until fluffy. Slice the banana and beat until dissolved. Add the cornflour and mix everything into a smooth dough. Add a little more flour if necessary. The dough will be a little softer than regular cookie dough. Shape it into balls or sticks and place them on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
