Creamy milk noodles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml milk, 3.5% fat
  • 130 g pasta
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 pack flavoring (vanilla)
  • 2 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

without pudding powder

Bring the milk to a boil, leaving a small amount. Add the pasta to the milk. Add the sugar and vanilla extract. Cook the pasta until tender. Mix the cornstarch with the remaining milk and add to the pasta. Bring to a boil once. I ate it with preserved plums. This recipe is in the database a few times, but it’s either with or without vanilla pudding. Without it, it’s too runny for me, and with vanilla pudding, I’m too tied to certain quantities, or I have leftover pudding powder.
