Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 225 g butter, soft
  • 150 g sugar
  • 145 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 360 g sweets (Mini M & Ms) or chocolate drops
  • 240 g crunchy peanut butter
  • possibly powdered sugar

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Recipe from kindergarten. My son loves them!

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Then stir in the peanut butter mixture. Add the flour mixture and mix well. Finally, stir in the M&Ms or chocolate chips. Drop heaped teaspoons of batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes at approximately 190°C. Dust the cooled cookies with powdered sugar, if desired.
