Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 2 packs of ladyfingers
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla or chocolate
  • 1 liter of milk
  • n. B. sugar
  • 1,000 g red fruit compote
  • 2 cups of cream, or Cremefine for whipping
  • 150 g chocolate shavings, whole milk or white

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 1 day 6 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 7 hours

Prepare the pudding according to the instructions and let it cool slightly. In the meantime, break the sponge fingers into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl or casserole dish. Make sure the bottom is covered. Pour the lukewarm pudding over the sponge fingers and let it cool. Once the pudding is set, spread the fruit compote evenly over the pudding. Spread the whipped cream over the fruit compote and finally sprinkle the grated chocolate over it.
