Ingredients for 500 servings:
- 400 ml water
- 300 ml balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp sugar, brown
- 2 chili peppers
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tsp rosemary
- 2 tsp oregano
- 3 bulbs of garlic, divided into cloves
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients (except garlic) in a pot, bring to a boil, and reduce slightly. Divide the garlic cloves among jars. Pour the chili/herb broth over the garlic, seal the jars, and let stand for 1 week.
