Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced lamb
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 100 g mountain cheese, grated
- 1 stale bread roll or equivalent breadcrumbs
- 1 egg(s)
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. paprika powder
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 piece(s) ginger, approx. 2 cm

with garlic
Deseed the chili pepper and cut into small strips. Peel and dice the onion. Peel and peel the garlic cloves, then press them through a garlic press. Peel the ginger and finely grate it. Soak the bread rolls in water, then squeeze out the excess water. Mix all of these ingredients with the grated cheese, egg, spices, and the minced lamb, and season to taste. Form the mixture into meatballs. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meatballs.
