  • 750 g minced meat, pork, beef or mixed
  • n. B. Jalapeño(s) , from the jar
  • 150 g Gouda, grated
  • 1 roll
  • 3 shallots
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • Spice mix (minced meat spice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Finely dice the bread roll and soak it in a little water. Peel and chop the onion. Once the bread roll is well marinated, add the onions, the minced meat seasoning, the parsley, and the chives. Then mix well with the minced meat. Spread out a sheet of baking paper. Pour the minced meat mixture onto it and spread it out into a thin rectangle. If necessary, cover with another sheet of baking paper and roll it out thinly with a rolling pin. Finely chop the jalapeños. Spread them and the cheese on the rolled-out minced meat mixture, making sure to leave an outer two centimeters to the edge. Then roll up the roast and seal the ends securely if necessary. Place the meatloaf in an ovenproof dish and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about one hour.
