Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp marjoram
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tsp all-spice
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth or beef broth
- 500 ml tomato(s), strained
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 carrot(s), finely grated
- 6 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 2 bell peppers
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 clove(s) garlic
Instructions

Sauté the onion, add the mushrooms and sauté briefly, then stir in the minced meat. Sauté over medium heat until golden brown. Meanwhile, finely chop the bell pepper, tomato, and garlic clove and puree them with 250 ml of the passata and grated carrot. Add the tomato puree to the minced meat, add the remaining passata, all the spices, stock, and tomato paste, and stir in. If it’s too thick, add a little water and simmer over medium heat for about 40 minutes. You can also serve the chili with some delicious farmhouse bread.
