Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 m.-sized tomatoes
- 2 small onions
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 1 small can of corn
- ½ tube(s) tomato paste
- 500 ml broth
- 1 tsp, levelled pepper, black
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp paprika powder, hot
- ¼ tsp sweet paprika powder

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

First, drain the kidney beans and corn in a sieve and rinse briefly with cold water. Then, chop the tomatoes and onions into small pieces. Meanwhile, fry the minced meat in 1 tablespoon of oil. Sauté the tomatoes and onions in 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat, add the tomato paste, and stir briefly. Then, add half of the stock, add the minced meat and spices, and season to taste with the rest of the stock. Finally, add the kidney beans and corn and simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat.
