Chili con carne – Pizza

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat
  • 3 onions
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 500 g tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 red chili peppers
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can of corn
  • 125 g cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • oregano
  • Dough (yeast dough for pizza), for 1 baking tray
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Brown the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly. Roughly dice an onion and garlic. Add to the minced meat and fry. Dust with flour and sauté. Add the chopped tomatoes and chili. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the beans and corn and add to the chili. Slice 2 onions into rings. Halve the tomatoes. Spread the chili con carne on the dough. Add the tomatoes and onion rings. Season with oregano. Coarsely grate the cheese and spread it on the pizza along with the crème fraîche. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes. Serve with a delicious green salad.
