Chili con Carne with mixed vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 200 g vegetable mix (peas, corn, carrots)
  • 600 ml water
  • 2 packs of Knorr Naturally Delicious Chili con Carne (seasoning base)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with spice base

First, fry the minced meat thoroughly in a hot pan. Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic cloves and add them. Drain the kidney beans well and add them to the minced meat. Add the mixed vegetables. Now pour in 600 ml of cold water and stir in the seasoning. Simmer on low heat for a few more minutes. Serve with rice. It also goes well with some bread or a salad.
