Chili con carne with mushrooms and peppers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g minced meat
  • 300 ml water
  • 3 small mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 dashes oil
  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • ½ bell pepper(s), green
  • 200 g beans
  • 200 g corn
  • 1 pack of Knorr Naturally Delicious Chili con Carne (seasoning base)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with spice base

Heat the oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add the ground beef and fry for about 10 minutes on each side. Wash and chop the bell peppers and mushrooms, add them, and fry for another 5-10 minutes. Turn them over occasionally. Pour the water into a pot, stir in the seasoning, and bring to a boil briefly. Now add the corn and beans, then add the cooked ground beef and vegetables. Let everything cook for about 5 minutes.
