Chili con carne

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 piece Garlic cloves
  • 1 Dried chilli pepper
  • 1 kl. Can Tomato paste
  • 3 Fresh tomatoes (leftover) or chunky tomatoes
  • 350 ml Tomato juice
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  • 1 Can Kidney beans
  • 1 Can Chili beans


  • Peel the onion, chilli pepper, garlic cloves and put in a lightning chopper, chop. Then take a pan and add the minced beef and fry until crumbly without adding any fat. Then add the chopped ingredients, fry and season with salt and gourmet pepper.
  • Then add the tomato paste, stir and let it continue to fry. Chop the tomatoes and fold them in as well. Now it is extinguished with the tomato juice, switched down and let simmer again.
  • Now add the kidney and chilli beans. Stir and let cook for a few more minutes. You can then put the whole thing in a deep bowl and serve immediately. If you like, you can also add rice as a side dish.
