Chili – Coriander – Butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 chili pepper(s), red
  • 1 chili pepper(s), green
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 bunch of coriander leaves
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the chili peppers lengthwise, deseed, and chop. Crush the coriander seeds in a mortar and pestle, then pluck the coriander leaves from the stems and chop. Mix the butter with the prepared ingredients and season generously with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
